Request a Quote

Tell us about your custom American Mahjong or acrylic product requirements. We will review your project and discuss the next steps.

Start With a Clear Project Brief

A useful quotation depends on more than quantity. Materials, tile dimensions, artwork, accessories, packaging and delivery destination all influence the proposed scope. Reference photos or sketches are welcome even when the final design is not ready. Our goal is to clarify the assumptions behind a quote so that you can make informed decisions.

What Should You Include in Your Project Brief?

A well-prepared brief helps our team evaluate technical requirements, customization options and production feasibility. You do not need to have every detail finalized. Share what you already know and identify any open decisions so we can recommend the most appropriate next steps.

Product Specifications

Tile dimensions, material options, surface finishes, tile count, accessories and any special performance requirements.

Design & Branding

Artwork files, color references, logo placement, packaging design and branding requirements for each edition.

Order Requirements

Estimated quantities, product variations, intended sales channel, target budget and preferred approval process.

Delivery Planning

Destination country, requested delivery window, shipping preferences and any special carton or labeling requirements.

From Initial Inquiry to an Accurate Quotation

Once we receive your project information, our team can review manufacturing feasibility, identify potential customization requirements and discuss suitable production options. Depending on design complexity, additional technical details, sample development or artwork confirmation may be needed.

Our objective is to prepare a clear, project-specific quotation outlining the proposed specifications, quantities, applicable setup or sample costs, estimated production schedule and shipping scope. Final pricing, lead times and commercial terms are confirmed after the relevant requirements have been reviewed and agreed in writing.

Quotation Questions

Find detailed guidance on custom American Mahjong production, quotation requirements, design approval, packaging, shipping and order changes. Open a question below to learn how we manage each decision.

Review your brief

Provide your intended tile count, approximate dimensions, material preference, expected quantity, destination country and target launch date. Attach reference photos or sketches where available. Indicate which requirements are confirmed and which are still flexible.

We review your initial brief for completeness, identify decisions that affect feasibility or pricing, and provide a focused list of any missing information before preparing an estimate.

Clarify the options

Identify the desired look and feel, preferred tile material, surface finish, color palette, engraving or printing needs, and any packaging or accessory options. Prioritize essential features separately from optional upgrades.

We compare feasible manufacturing approaches, discuss the implications for durability, appearance, minimum quantities and cost, and document the scope to be used for the next quotation.

Prepare a proposal

Confirm the number of designs, quantity per design, packaging configuration and shipping destination. Review whether sampling, tooling, artwork preparation and freight should be quoted separately.

We prepare an itemized proposal describing specifications, quantities, unit pricing assumptions, setup or sample charges where applicable, estimated production stages and any excluded costs. Final terms are confirmed in writing.

Confirm the next step

Supply the latest artwork files, logo assets and color references. Check every tile face, spelling, orientation, artwork placement and packaging proof carefully before providing written approval.

We coordinate proof review, record the approved file version and flag elements requiring clarification. Any revision after approval is assessed for possible cost and schedule impact.

Is there a fixed minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on construction, design variations, packaging and production setup. A repeat design and a newly developed layered set may have different minimums. Provide the estimated quantity for each version so feasibility can be reviewed.

Can I request a quote without finished artwork?

Yes. Sketches, reference photographs, approximate dimensions and your intended use can support an initial review. A preliminary estimate may change once artwork, materials and packaging are finalized.

Can I compare several materials or packaging styles?

Yes. Describe the options you are considering and keep quantities consistent for a fair comparison. Thickness, layered construction, accessories and gift packaging can affect both manufacturing and shipping costs.

Does pricing include shipping, duties and taxes?

Shipping costs depend on destination, shipment size and agreed delivery terms. Confirm whether the quotation uses EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP or another term and what charges are included. Duty-paid delivery should not be assumed without written confirmation.

How long will a quotation take?

Review time depends on the complexity and completeness of the brief. Accurate dimensions, quantities, artwork and destination details can reduce follow-up questions. Quotation review is separate from sampling and manufacturing lead time.

What if my specifications change later?

Send updated specifications and identify the latest artwork version. Changes to dimensions, materials, quantities, packaging or destination may affect pricing and schedule. Request a revised written quotation before approving further work.

What Happens When Requirements Change?

If you need to revise artwork, tile specifications, packaging, quantities or delivery instructions, submit the request in writing with the affected SKU, current approved version, proposed revision and required date. We first determine whether materials have been purchased, samples approved or bulk production started. Our team then reviews technical feasibility and identifies any additional proofing, tooling, material, inspection or freight costs. If the revision affects the critical path, we provide a revised schedule for your approval. Production follows the last mutually approved specification; no change should be treated as accepted until both sides confirm it in writing.

Need Help With a Special Project?
