Terms & Conditions

Operator: Huizhou Fengzhe E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (FENGZHE MFG)

1. Scope and Contract Priority

These Terms govern use of the FENGZHE MFG website and business inquiries and transactions with Huizhou Fengzhe E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. A separately accepted quotation, purchase order, pro forma invoice or signed manufacturing agreement prevails where inconsistent. Website inquiry acknowledgments are not order acceptance. Mandatory legal rights are preserved.

2. Our Products and Manufacturing

We focus on premium American Mahjong sets, acrylic tiles, multi-layer construction, four-layer tiles, engraving, custom colors, floral designs, luxury finishes, accessories, OEM/ODM development and private-label packaging. Processes may include material selection, cutting, lamination, polishing, decorative coloring, assembly, inspection and export coordination. Available capabilities depend on project feasibility and agreed specifications.

3. Product Standards and Configurations

American Mahjong tile counts and configurations may differ by ruleset and buyer requirements. A 166-tile configuration can be specified but is not presented as a universally mandated official U.S. government standard. Buyers must confirm dimensions, symbol distribution, Joker and flower counts, accessories, intended market and applicable product requirements in writing.

4. Photography and Material Variation

Website images, renderings and sample photographs are illustrative. Colors may differ because of lighting, screen settings, acrylic transparency, pigment batches and finishing. Final conformity is assessed against approved samples, agreed tolerances and written specifications. We do not guarantee that acrylic can never yellow, crack, scratch or change under all conditions.

5. Quotations and Minimum Quantities

Quotes depend on materials, dimensions, artwork, number of layers, surface finishes, order quantities, sampling, packaging, freight and destination. Minimum quantities vary by project. Unless explicitly included, prices exclude destination taxes, customs duties and transport costs. Quotes are valid for their stated period and may change before acceptance if assumptions change. Buyers should disclose whether the project is for a wholesale launch, private-label retail distribution, a promotional gift program or another commercial use. Quoted assumptions about colors, cartons, quantities and destinations should be checked before approval; unapproved changes may invalidate pricing.

6. Order Confirmation and Payments

An order is binding after written agreement on key commercial terms and our acceptance. Invoices specify currency, deposit, balance, due dates and accepted payment methods. Work or dispatch may be paused for overdue payments as allowed by law. Verify changes to bank instructions through an established independent contact channel.

7. Customer Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use submitted logos, designs, trademarks, characters and artwork. They grant a limited license to use those materials to evaluate, sample, manufacture, inspect and fulfill the agreed order. Customer-owned designs remain theirs; our pre-existing tools, methods and know-how remain ours unless otherwise agreed. We may decline apparently unauthorized designs.

8. Artwork Proofs and Sampling

Customers should approve tile maps, symbols, dimensions, colors, layer construction, engraving, packaging and physical samples where applicable. We may recommend design adjustments for readability and feasibility. Sample, tooling and setup fees, revision limits and ownership of tooling are determined by written agreement. Approval authorizes work against the confirmed reference. A digital proof is not necessarily a guarantee of physical color, transparency, weight or finish. Customers should inspect the physical reference for symbol readability, edge feel, acrylic bonding, artwork placement and protective packaging. A production sample may be retained as a quality reference if agreed.

9. Changes and Cancellation

Post-approval changes require written acceptance and may affect price, materials and timing. Customized orders may incur committed tooling, material and labor costs that cannot be recovered on cancellation. Refunds and cancellation charges depend on the contract, actual costs and applicable law; nonwaivable rights remain intact.

10. Quality Control and Compliance

Quality review may cover raw materials, tile dimensions, layer alignment, artwork legibility, engraving, polishing, color consistency, accessories, tile count and packaging. Specific testing, tolerances and third-party inspections must be agreed. Any ISO, SGS, BSCI or similar claim must be supported by valid documentation applicable to the specific entity, facility and scope. Customers planning U.S., Canadian, UK or EU sales should disclose their intended sales channel, age grading and any required test standards. Any statement of product safety, material origin or conformity must be supported by the documentation applicable to the finished product. The parties should clarify who is responsible for importer-specific labeling and regulatory filings.

11. Lead Times and Delivery

Production estimates depend on artwork approval, deposits, materials, capacity, sampling and packaging. Freight transit and customs clearance are separate. Orders should state the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule and named place. DDP is available only where explicitly agreed and legally feasible. Transfer of risk may precede final delivery; title is governed separately.

12. Claims and Remedies

Inspect delivered goods promptly and document shortages, damage or discrepancies with photographs and order details. Claim notice periods and acceptance standards are governed by the agreed order. We will investigate supported claims and discuss repair, replacement, credit or refund as warranted by contract and law. A useful claim submission identifies the affected SKU, number of units, carton condition, production batch if known and whether the problem concerns transport damage or manufacturing quality. Customers should not discard relevant evidence before the claim has been reviewed where reasonably practicable.

13. Confidentiality and Website Use

Nonpublic artwork, commercial plans and customer specifications are handled with reasonable confidentiality safeguards; a signed NDA may provide additional protections. Users must not misuse the website, submit malicious code, impersonate others or reproduce protected website content without permission. Confidentiality does not prevent disclosures to logistics, testing or production partners who reasonably need information to perform the agreed work and are subject to suitable safeguards. Our website descriptions are not an offer to manufacture designs that infringe third-party rights.

14. Liability, Force Majeure and Disputes

Liability limits for manufacturing transactions should be negotiated in the applicable agreement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A party affected by events beyond reasonable control should provide notice and mitigate disruption. Unless separately agreed, these general terms are intended to be governed by applicable PRC law, subject to mandatory rules; parties should first negotiate disputes in good faith.

15. Updates and Contact

We may update website terms prospectively, but changes do not automatically amend accepted orders. For questions contact support@fengzhemfg.com.
