Shipping & Delivery

Operator: Huizhou Fengzhe E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (FENGZHE MFG)
1. Scope and Destinations
FENGZHE MFG coordinates international delivery of premium American Mahjong sets, acrylic tiles, accessories and OEM/ODM orders. Service to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and other destinations depends on route availability, product restrictions and applicable laws. Each accepted order controls its actual arrangements.
2. Production Versus Transit
Total fulfillment can include design review, samples, approvals, procurement, production, inspection, packing, export preparation, transit, customs clearance and final delivery. Production lead time is not the same as transit time. A schedule begins from the milestone identified in the accepted order, often after deposit and complete approvals. For example, a customer-requested artwork revision after sample approval may require another proofing cycle and can affect the date materials are released to production. The final agreed milestone schedule should be confirmed in the pro forma invoice or written project plan.
3. Sampling and Artwork Approval
Custom artwork, tile count, acrylic layers, colors, engraving, packaging and accessories may require a physical sample or signed proof. Late files or revisions may change the production schedule and cost. Sample shipment arrangements are quoted separately where applicable.
4. Express Courier
For smaller orders and samples, we may use DHL, UPS, FedEx or another suitable carrier. Tracking normally becomes available after carrier handover. Delivery estimates depend on route, customs and carrier conditions and are not guarantees.
5. Air Freight
Air cargo can support larger time-sensitive shipments. Quotes should clarify whether service is airport-to-airport or door-to-door and whether customs brokerage, insurance, destination handling and last-mile transport are included.
6. Ocean Freight
LCL and FCL ocean freight may be suitable for wholesale orders. Vessel schedules, port congestion, transshipment, destination terminal charges and inland delivery may affect timing and total cost. Included services must be confirmed in the freight quote.
7. Customer-Nominated Forwarders
Customers may nominate a forwarder consistent with the agreed delivery term. Booking references, warehouse addresses, receiving times and documentation requirements must be provided in time. Changed instructions may create storage, waiting or rebooking charges.
8. Incoterms® 2020
The accepted quotation should specify the trade rule and named port or place. EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP allocate duties, costs and risk differently. FOB and CIF are intended for sea or inland-waterway transport. Under DAP, import clearance and duties generally remain with the buyer; DDP is only offered when expressly quoted and legally feasible. Customers should confirm whether freight is prepaid, whether the buyer or seller arranges insurance, who acts as importer of record, and who pays destination handling charges. An Incoterms rule does not itself determine transfer of title or every aspect of payment and dispute resolution.
9. Customs and Taxes
Duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, import permits and inspections depend on destination law, classification and agreed trade terms. Customs authorities determine the final tariff treatment. The importer of record must provide accurate details and fulfill its legal responsibilities. Do not assume all taxes are prepaid unless the accepted quote expressly says so. Product descriptions and declared values must be accurate. We do not support false invoices, undervaluation or misclassification to reduce duties. If destination authorities request additional information, the responsible importer should respond promptly and coordinate with its customs broker.
10. Export Documents
Documents may include commercial invoices, packing lists, transport documents, origin documentation and customs declaration details. Customers should request special certificates, retailer labeling or compliance reports before production. Availability, costs and lead times vary.
11. Protective Packaging
Acrylic tiles may require separators, sleeves, foam inserts, reinforced gift boxes, export cartons and palletization. Custom cartons, branded labels, barcodes, instruction sheets and country-of-origin markings must be specified and approved. Packaging is designed around actual tile counts, dimensions and accessories. For premium acrylic Mahjong, packaging should be evaluated for tile-to-tile abrasion, movement during transit, carton compression and handling at fulfillment centers. If the buyer needs retail shelf-ready presentation or special unboxing materials, the design and costs should be agreed before packing materials are ordered.
12. Pre-Shipment Inspection
Review may include tile-face accuracy, dimensions, polish, layers, colors, accessories, quantity, labels and packing condition. Inspection scope and third-party checks should be agreed. No inspection guarantees that every shipment is free from every possible defect.
13. Tracking and Status
We may provide parcel tracking, air waybills, bills of lading or freight references after booking or dispatch. Freight services often provide milestone updates rather than continuous parcel scans. Tracking may take time to activate.
14. Delays and Exceptions
Weather, carrier congestion, customs holds, peak seasons, inaccurate consignee information and extraordinary events may cause delay. We will reasonably assist with logistics inquiries, while remedies remain subject to contract and applicable law.
15. Risk, Insurance and Ownership
Risk transfers under the agreed Incoterms® rule and may pass before final destination delivery. Ownership transfers separately under the sales contract. Insurance is not automatically included under every term; request any additional cover before shipment.
16. Damage, Shortage and Claims
Inspect cartons promptly. Preserve packaging and document visible damage, missing cartons or incorrect goods with photos, order references and carrier records. Report issues promptly to support@fengzhemfg.com. Remedies and deadlines depend on the accepted contract, allocation of transport risk and mandatory law. Where possible, record the condition of the shipment before unpacking and request a carrier exception notation if the delivery appears visibly damaged. Do not assume that a carrier damage claim and a manufacturing defect claim follow the same procedure or are assigned to the same party.
17. Split Shipments and Changes
Partial shipments, consolidation, changes to consignee details or rerouting require coordination and may result in additional charges. Some changes become impossible once goods are booked or dispatched.
