What is your minimum wholesale order quantity?
The minimum depends on tile construction, printing method, packaging and order size. Standard designs and fully custom layered acrylic sets may have different setup requirements. Please send your target volume and reference images so we can review feasibility and provide a quotation.
Can I request a physical sample before a bulk order?
A physical sample is recommended for reviewing tile weight, color, edge finish, print registration, accessories and gift packaging. Sampling cost, revision scope and lead time are confirmed per project. Keep an approved sample as a reference for production.
Do you support private label and OEM / ODM projects?
Depending on the product, options may include custom tile artwork, colors, logos, UV printing, engraving, storage boxes and accessories. We can review your brand files and design references, then discuss prototyping and manufacturing feasibility. Artwork approval and ownership terms should be agreed in writing.
How is wholesale pricing calculated?
Pricing reflects material grade and thickness, artwork complexity, production methods, quantity, assembly and packaging. Freight, duties and taxes should be considered separately unless explicitly included under agreed shipping terms. Request an itemized quote using the same specifications when comparing suppliers.
How long does production take?

Can I combine several designs or colors in one order?
Mixed variants may be possible, but each variation can affect setup, printing, labeling and inspection. Provide quantities for each design, color and packaging configuration. We can then assess whether they can share a production run and whether individual minimums apply.
Do you offer international shipping and DDP?
Express, air freight and sea freight may be considered depending on destination and shipment size. DDP availability depends on the route and should be confirmed in writing. Please clarify duties, taxes, customs clearance, insurance and last-mile delivery responsibilities before payment.
How are damaged or defective items handled?
Report the order reference, affected quantities, clear photographs and a description of the issue. Keep the original packaging if shipping damage is suspected. Remedies depend on the approved sample, quality agreement and shipping terms. Define acceptance criteria and claims procedures before production.
